| Get Jacked Question
I bought your get jacked fast and I am into
the 5th week. The problem I have is I work out in the AM
and with phase 3 (week 5) I am running out of time to get
the energy work in, is it alright to split it and do the
lifting in the AM and cardio in the evening? Or should I
suck it up and get to the gym at 5:30 instead of 6:30?

Get Jacked Workout Question
Question for CT or others on Get Jacked..wrapping
up Week 5. Down 6 lbs 248-242. Havent done other measuremnets
but BW id down while and have been getting comments that
I look bigger and strength is actually up (405 BP x 2 on
set 6 of BP). This is with about 75% adhereence to diet
due to travel, weekends at beach, and chasing tail (dinner,
drinks, etc.) haha. So im pretty happy. Problem is I tweaked
my back pulling 605 for last set of deads week 4. Chiro
says he can get me back to 100% in few weeks but prob a
good idea to lay off squats, deadlifts, etc. Lest I end
up laying on the gym floor for 20 mins again! CT or anyone..how
can I arrange my split now w/o the lower body stuff?

Energy on Get Jacked
I've been on the Get Jacked Fast with amazin results.
Phase 1+2 went smoothly and enjoyably.
I'm 4 days in the Phase 3(Gates of Hell...blitzkrieg) which worksout
perfectly for me as I've got a big big event coming up on the
24th of April. However, yesterday+today my energy was just down
like never. After noon workout I came back home and wasn't able
to do anything but sleep which is really inconveniente. I drank
2 cups of coffee which helped for a couple of hours enabling me
to finish off work... Do you have any more tricks to increase
energy without calories in order to finish off job(usually done
at 7pm)? PS. during those 4 days i actually lost 2lb of weight
and hard-to-belive im more cut ! :d
